Chicken fajitas with avocado and watermelon salsa

Mix in a bowl the cumin powder, paprika powder and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Put the chicken through, season with salt and pepper and marinate for at least half an hour.

Put the watermelon, coriander and red onion in a bowl and spoon. Sprinkle with lime juice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the rest of the olive oil in a frying pan at medium height and fry the chicken in about 8 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the chicken in the tortillas with avocado, sour cream and watermelon salsa.
