                                Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

                                Squeeze out the orange and lemon.
 - 
                                Peel the winter carrot and cut into thin half slices. Cut the Chinese cabbages into very thin strips.
 - 
                                Cut the salad onion into slanting rings. Peel and grate the ginger.
 - 
                                Mix the ginger with the orange and lemon juice, honey and sesame oil. Spoon the carrot and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for 30 minutes.

                                Drain the root in a colander or sieve, but collect the moisture (the dressing).
 - 
                                Mix the Chinese cabbage with the salad onion, carrot and dressing to taste. Add pepper and possibly salt.
 - 
                                Finely chop the peanuts and add them with the sesame seed. Bon appétit! .
