Quick chicken ragout with cream, mushrooms and tarragon

Sprinkle the chicken with the flour, pepper and salt.

Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the chicken in 3 min. On high heat around brown.

Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms with kitchen bake and cut into slices. Add to the chicken and cook for 1 min on high heat.

Add the whipped cream and tarragon and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
