Let the pangasius fillet thaw. Sprinkle the pangasius fillet with salt and pepper and swirl through the flour.

Beat the eggs in a deep plate. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on another plate. Pass the fish through the egg and then roll through the breadcrumbs.

Press the breadcrumbs firmly and place the fish on a plate. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the fish over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and done.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a high pan, add half of the spinach and let it shrink. Add the rest of the spinach until it is cooked.

Season with nutmeg, pepper and salt. Divide the fish, mashed potatoes and spinach over plates.
