Chicken strips in creamy mustard sauce
Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the chicken fillet 1 minute.
Add the bacon and onion and cook for a few minutes at a low setting.
Add the mustard and cooking cream and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the rice or pasta until done.
Shake the tomatoes with the herbs and dressing and grind a little pepper.
Sprinkle with the parsley.
Serve the chicken strips with the rice or pasta and the tomato salad.
