A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, veal or lime sauces, extra virgin olive oil, stoneleeks (8 pieces), oyster mushrooms (150 g), tomato cubes (400 g), drained), green kidney beans (400 g), drained) , iceberg lettuce with frisée (200 g) and lemon juice.

Directions

  1. Inflaze sausages and cover with 1 tbsp oil.
  2. In frying pan with non-stick coating, simmer over medium heat for 10-12 min.
  3. Around brown and cooked.
  4. Cut the stoneleeks into 2 cm pieces.
  5. Destroy oyster mushrooms in strips.
  6. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry oyster mushrooms for 2-3 min.
  7. Add stoneleeks, turn the fire down and add tomatoes and kidney beans after 5 minutes.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  9. In bowl, sprinkle with leftover oil, lemon juice, pinch of salt and pepper.
  10. Cut sausage into pieces.
  11. Prepare the casserole in two deep plates and place sausages on them..
