                            Preistamppot with dried tomatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, dried tomatoes in oil (jar of 180 g), potatoes (floury), (olive) oil, leeks (500 g), salt, fresh parsley (à 30 g), creme fraiche (125 ml), (freshly ground) pepper and nutmeg.

                                Dried to cut into pieces.
 - 
                                Peel potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
 - 
                                Heat oil in pan.
 - 
                                Stir in the potato, leek and tomato and gently bake for about 2 minutes.
 - 
                                1 Add water and salt and completely covered in approx.
 - 
                                10 minutes.
 - 
                                Meanwhile, finely cut parsley.
 - 
                                Potato and leek mashed with puree mash.
 - 
                                Stir in parsley and crème fraîche to create a smooth stew.
 - 
                                Let it get hot on hot flames while stirring.
 - 
                                Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
 - 
                                Serve with beef cucumbers..
