Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Beat the eggs and heat the oil in a small frying pan. Pour the egg into the pan and brown on both sides.

Allow the omelette to cool and cut into strips. Drain the rice, let it cool slightly and stir with a fork.

Wash the leek and cut into rings. Cut the winter carrot into slices and the garlic fine.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the leeks with the carrot for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Spoon the rice with the vegetables in the woks and add the sweet soy marinade. Bake all the time until everything is heated.

Spoon the bean sprouts and the omelette strips through the nasi herbs and serve immediately.
