Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut 2 leaves of spinach very finely.
-
Stir in the yoghurt with 1 teaspoon of garam massala, finely chopped spinach and salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.
-
Let the yogurt stand like this, so that all flavors can withdraw.
-
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok.
-
Stir fry the meat for 3-4 minutes over a high heat, and season with 1 teaspoon of garam massala and salt and pepper.
-
Remove the meat from the wok and keep it warm (eg wrapped in aluminum foil).
-
Heat the rest of the oil and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
-
Spoon the spinach through and stir fry 2-3 minutes, until the spinach just begins to shrink.
-
Stir in the toasted, warm them briefly and season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
-
Serve the spinach with the meat and give the yogurt as a dip next to it..
