Gnocchi with green asparagus

Remove the woody underside of the asparagus. Cut the asparagus into 2 cm sloping pieces.

Cut the onion into rings. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add the asparagus and cook for 3 minutes.

Cook the gnocchi al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, add the rest of the butter and the arugula to the asparagus mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread over the deep plates and crumble the cheese over it.
