Veg sausages with red cabbage and apple
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, potato slices (700 g), freshly sweet apples (eg elstar), onion (chopped), red cabbage (in fine strips), light brown caster sugar (bag 500 g), red wine vinegar and vegetarian sausages (a 175 g).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan.

Fry the potato slices for 12 minutes in a frying pan.

Place a lid on the pan for the first 5 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the unpeeled apples into quarters, remove the cores and cut the parts into pieces.

In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a skillet and fry the onion for 1 min.

Add the coals and stir-fry in 4-5 minutes.

Add the apple, sugar and vinegar and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Heat water to the boil and heat the sausages 2-3 min.

Spread the cabbage mixture, the sausages and the potato slices over 4 plates..
