Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix in the sambal, the egg and ketjapmarinadedoor. Turn 3 balls per person.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 10 min. Golden brown and done. Times regularly.

Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic first and then the wok vegetable, sambal and ketjapmarinadetoe. Stir fry 4 minutes on high heat.
