Stir-fried salmon with white asparagus

Peel the asparagus with a peeler from just below the cup and remove the woody ends.

Cook them for 10 minutes on low heat and leave for 5-10 minutes of the fire in the water. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Slice the garlic, the broccoli in florets and the salmon fillet into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic with the broccoli florets for 3 minutes.

Add the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sweet soy sauce with the chilli sauce. Drain the asparagus and cut into 2 cm pieces.

Serve the rice by pressing it into a cup or glass and pouring the turrets on the plates. Spoon the salmon with the broccoli and the asparagus next to it.
