Oriental dish with shrimp, snow peas, sesame oil, salmon fillet, lime, oyster sauce, sesame seed and coriander.
Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.
Peel the shrimps and remove the intestinal tract.
Grease the oven dish with the oil.
Put the snow peas in a bowl. Pour over boiling water and allow to stand for 1 min.
Drain the snow peas and scoop them into the dish.
Cut the salmon into pieces.
Divide the salmon and shrimp over it and sprinkle with the rest of the oil.
Clean the lime. Grate the green skin of the lime above the dish.
Halve the lime and lay the halves between the salmon.
Divide the oyster sauce over the salmon and shrimp.
Sprinkle with pepper and sesame seeds and place the dish in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Squeeze the lime halves over the dish and sprinkle the coriander over it.
