Stir fried Thai noodles with surimi, onion, red curry, coconut milk and bean sprouts.

Cut the surimi sticks into pieces.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion for 4 minutes.

Add the Bumbu spice and the stir fry mix and stir fry 3 min.

Add the coconut milk and the surimi and heat for another 2 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging, drain and add to the vegetables together with the bean sprouts.

Heat 1 more minute and serve.
