Fried rice with bok choy
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pandan rice, red pepper, garlic, scraped carrots (a 300 g), bok choy (about 400 g), sunflower oil, nasi / bamivlees (about 200 g) and sweet soy sauce.

Prepare rice according to instructions.

Cut pepper by half, remove seed strips and cut the rest into pieces.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Cut carrots into pieces.

Cut the paksoi into strips.

Heat in wok oil and meat in browns around 5 min.

Add pepper, garlic and carrot and fry for 3 minutes.

Add paksoi and bake for 3 minutes.

Stir in the rice and fry for 2 minutes.

Season with sweet soy sauce.

Divide rice into four plates..
