Steak from the barbecue with a mix of jalapeño peppers, onion, coriander, vinegar and tomato

Light the barbecue.

Mix the steak with the oil and Italian herbs. Season with pepper and salt. Let the steak marinate for 30 minutes.

Roast the steaks for 7 minutes on the barbecue, turn halfway.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and finely chop the coriander. Cut the tomato into small pieces.

Slice the jalapeños. Mix with the tomato, onion, coriander and vinegar. Add salt if necessary.

Heat the shoarma rolls according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the buns open and brush the inside with the jalapeño mixture. Cover with some rocket.

Cut the steaks horizontally into slices of 2 cm. Put the steak in the buns and spread the rest of the jalapeño mixture over it.
