Mediterranean tuna salad with beans and olives


Salad of baby potatoes, egg, haricots verts, tuna, tomatoes and black olives.

Directions

  1. Allow the potatoes to be cooked in the bag in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging. In the meantime, boil the eggs for 7 minutes and allow them to cool for 1 minute in cold water.
  2. Peel and cut them each into 8 parts in length. Cook the haricot verts in 3 minutes until al dente, rinse them with ice cold water. Drain the can of tuna, put the tuna in a bowl and remove the fish with a fork.
  3. Keep the pieces nice and big. Cut the tomato in four. Spoon the tuna with the potatoes, the tomato and the haricots verts with the garlic dressing.
  4. Slice the parsley. Put the egg wedges on top and sprinkle the salad with the olives and parsley.
