Chicken in brandy


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, prawns, garlic, butter or margarine, chicken (about 1200 g), (freshly ground) pepper, brandy, chicken stock, tabletop prunes (250 g), hamblokjes and cream culinary.

Directions

  1. Clean the leek, cut into pieces of approx. 5 cm, wash and let drain. Slice garlic and cut into slices. Heat butter in a frying pan. Dust the chicken with pepper and bake it all around. Remove chicken from pan. Leek and garlic in the remaining cooking fat when you bake for approx. 2 minutes. Add brandy and 2 dl of water and bring to the boil. Bouillon tablet above crumbling and roasting. Add chicken and simmer for about 1 hour.
  2. Remove chicken from pan and divide into pieces and keep warm under aluminum foil. Infuse the plums and ham cubes with the stew. Stir in the cream and bring the sauce to the boil. Cook chicken with sauce and boiled potatoes.
