A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, noodles, tilapia fillets (about 200 g), teriyaki marinade (bottle `250 ml), stir-fry oil (bottle), fresh coriander (` 15 g) and carrot julienne (150 g).

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in the pan.
  2. Let heat boil for about 5 minutes in boiling water.
  3. Tilapia fillets halve in length.
  4. In bowl, add 2 tablespoons teriyaki marinade.
  5. Bring the rest of teriyaki marinade to a boil in frying pan.
  6. Place pieces of fish in it and cook over high heat in 4-5 minutes, turning regularly.
  7. Drain in the colander.
  8. Stir fry oil with marinade in bowl.
  9. Carefully cut the coriander on top.
  10. Create mihoen and carrot through it.
  11. Divide into two plates and place tilapia on them.
  12. Make cooking water over it.
  13. Serve immediately..
