Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 500 gram bacon patches in strips
- 1 leeks in rings
- 1 Red pepper in strips
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 200 milliliters tomato ketchup
- 4 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- 1 teaspoon sambal goreng
- 1 bag bami goreng herbs
- 300 gram Mihoen
- 2 spring / forest onion in rings
- 1 lemon scrubbed, peeled grated
- 1 lime
- 50 gram fried onions

Heat 3 tablespoons sunflower oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the bacon strips on high heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the leeks and peppers and fry them for 2 minutes.

Mix in the caster sugar, tomato ketchup, ketjap marinadeanis and sambal and warm everything for 4 minutes.

Remove the babi pangang from the wok and keep it warm. Put the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain, rinse cold water and drain well.

Let the spice mix well according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the rest of the oil and fry the spring / spring onions for 1 minute. Add lemon zest and spice mix and stir fry together with the noodles for 2 minutes. Handle carefully. Sprinkle the lemon juice over it.

Serve the noodles, sprinkled with the fried onions at the babi pangang.
