Directions

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons sunflower oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the bacon strips on high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the leeks and peppers and fry them for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in the caster sugar, tomato ketchup, ketjap marinadeanis and sambal and warm everything for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the babi pangang from the wok and keep it warm. Put the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain, rinse cold water and drain well.
  5. Let the spice mix well according to the instructions on the package.
  6. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the spring / spring onions for 1 minute. Add lemon zest and spice mix and stir fry together with the noodles for 2 minutes. Handle carefully. Sprinkle the lemon juice over it.
  7. Serve the noodles, sprinkled with the fried onions at the babi pangang.
