Spicy fish soup with salmon and cucumber


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumber, onions, garlic, olive oil, sambal (manis), fish bouillon tablets, French baguette, soup vegetables (fine) and red salmon (213 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Peel the cucumber and cut into very small pieces.
  3. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp oil in deep frying pan and fry it with cucumber for 3 min.
  5. Add garlic and fry for 1 min.
  6. Add sambal, bouillon tablets and 3/4 l of water.
