Let the salmon fillet thaw. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the onion into wedges. Cut the stems and the leaves of the bok choy into pieces and keep separate. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces and the tomato in four.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry the onion golden brown. Add the pakististelen and stir-fry 3 min.

Add the tomatoes and almost all the pakisoiblad and stir-fry until the tomatoes are warm.

Add the stir-fried sauce, garlic and salmon fillet and heat it all the way through until the salmon pieces are tender.

Finally, create the rest of the pakisoiblad. Serve with the pandan rice.
