Boeuf stroganoff step-by-step
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, onions (in slices), mushrooms (in slices), beef tenderloin (in blocks of 2-3 cm), Dijon mustard, beef tomatoes (diced), cayenne pepper, beef broth (from tablet) , sour cream and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Melt the butter in a skillet. Fry the onions in a soft glass. Add the mushrooms and brown in 6-8 minutes. Put the meat through and cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the mustard, tomatoes and cayenne pepper and pour in the stock. Bring to the boil and let the meat simmer slowly in 4-6 minutes until just tender.

Stir in the sour cream and warm the dish for a moment. Season with salt and (freshly ground) black pepper. Sprinkle the parsley just before serving. Tasty with (wild) rice and a green salad.
