Sandwich burger with tomato salsa
Multigrain balls with Angus burgers, a salsa of tastytom-tomatoes with red onions and tabasco and a salad of lettuce, paprika and corn.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the burgers for 12 minutes. Turn halfway.

Remove from the pan and keep warm on a plate under aluminum foil or a lid. Cut the bread rolls open and grill for 1 min on the cutting edge.

In the meantime, cut the tomatoes finely and chop the onion. Mix with the tabasco, pepper and possibly salt to a salsa.

Halve the peppers in the length, remove the stalk and seeds and cut the flesh into strips. Drain the corn.

Remove 4 leaves from the lettuce and keep separate. Cut the rest of the lettuce into strips. Mix the peppers, corn, chopped strips, oil, pepper and salt.

Cover each bun with a leaf of lettuce, a burger and some salsa. Serve with the salad.
