Cut the aubergine and zucchini into cubes of 1 x 1 cm (brunoise).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the eggplant with the paprika, cumin and salt for 5 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes of 1 x 1 cm. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes of 1 x 1 cm.

Add the potato to the eggplant and cook for 5 minutes. Add the pepper and zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the salsa sauce and warm for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, let the black beans and flageolets drain in a sieve and rinse with cold water.

Add the beans to the vegetables and warm for 3 minutes. Season the vegetable chilli with pepper and salt. Yummy! .
