Mexican bean salad with sugar snaps
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sugar snaps, fine sea salt, hard Dutch goat's cheese (piece), red onion, green pepper, chilibones (400 g), corn kernels (150 g), salsa dip mild (à 300 ml) and tortilla chips .

Wash and collect sugar snaps. Bring to the boil in pan of water with sea salt. Soak sugar snaps for about 2 minutes in boiling water. In the meantime cut off crusts from goat cheese, cut cheese into small cubes. Peel and chop onions. Scent the pepper, clean and cut into cubes. Chill out the beans. Sugar snaps, chilibones, corn, bell pepper, onion and goat cheese together.

Make salad in two bowls. Place a portion of tortilla chips along the edges. Salsa over salad. Please serve the rest of tortilla chips separately.
