Italian pasta with penne, spinach, garlic, herb cheese, pine nuts and ground cheese.

Cook the penne according to the instructions.

Thaw the spinach in a pan over low heat.

Chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the cream cheese and let it melt.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan.

Spoon the spinach through the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the penne over the signs. Spoon the spinach sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese and pine nuts.
