Tomato and sausage from the griddle
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (pound, 500 g), cleaned), garlic (unpeeled), thyme ((a 15 g),), olive oil, vine tomatoes, red onions (in parts) and Tuscan sausages (scale 6 pieces).

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Divide the potatoes over a baking sheet. Put the cloves of garlic and half of the sprigs of thyme in between. Sprinkle with 3 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.

Divide the dish over 4 plates. Remove the garlic cloves from the skins before you eat them. Delicious with salad of lamb's lettuce and slices of radish.
