Red cabbage with apples and puree from the oven
Vegetarian oven dish with red cabbage, apples, spicy tofu and mashed garnished with walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Grease the baking dish and distribute the red cabbages in it.
Peel the apples and remove the cores.
Divide the apples over the red cabbage.
Heat the margarine in a frying pan and fry the tofu for 3 minutes.
Divide the tofu over the apples.
Prepare the puree with water according to the instructions.
Divide the mashed potatoes over the tofu.
Chop the walnuts coarsely and sprinkle over the mash. Bake the dish for 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
