Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cook the potatoes with salt until done.

Heat 50 ml of the olive oil and let the tomatoes with pepper, salt and garlic slowly reduce to a thick sauce.

Puree the cooked potatoes and stir in the flour, eggs and a pinch of salt. Make an airy puree.
