Fry the bacon in the grill pan over medium heat and leave to drain on kitchen paper. Brush the hamburgers with olive oil and fry them in the grill pan for 6 minutes until brown and done. Keep warm between 2 plates.

Halve the tomatoes. Brush the cutting edge of the tomatoes with olive oil and roast them on this side for 2- 3 minutes in the grill pan, place them on a plate. In the meantime, finely chop the avocado flesh in a plate and mix with lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.

Cut the bread roll open. Roast the cut edges of the bread roll golden brown and brush them generously with avocado spread. Place the undersides on plates and distribute leaf lettuce. Place the hamburgers with slices of bacon and to and with the top of the balls.
