Thai bean curd with vegetables
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, block bean curd (175 g), olive oil with garlic flavor and chili pepper, Chinese soy sauce, bok choy, yellow pepper, red pepper, garlic, bean sprouts, sugar, Thai fish sauce and oyster sauce.

Cut bean curd in dice. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of oil and soy sauce and stir in the tofu. Cut paksoi into strips, wash and pat dry. Pepper clean, wash and cut into pieces. Clean pepper, wash and cut into rings. Garlic peel and chop.
