Preheat the oven to 250 ° C or gas temperature 6.

Fry the fries according to the instructions on the package. Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Cut the stem into pieces. Cook the broccoli in approx. 6 minutes until done.

Rinse the cod fillet, pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the flour in a deep plate and swirl the fish through the flour. Beat the egg in a deep plate and pull the fish through the egg.

Crumble the cornflakes above a flat plate. Press the fish firmly into the cornflakes on both sides. Heat the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating. Fry the fish in va. 6 min. Brown and done.

Divide the fish over the plates, scoop the ravigote sauce on the fish. Serve with fries and broccoli.
