Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Chop the onions and finely chop the garlic. Slice the leaves of the fresh mint and crumble the white cheese.
  3. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and allow the spinach to shrink in parts.
  4. Put in a colander and press out as much moisture as possible with a spoon.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 4 minutes on low heat.
  6. Add the cevapcici and push apart with a wooden spoon. Bake for 6 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in 2/3 of the fresh mint.
  8. Meanwhile, put 2 slices of puff pastry together in a star shape on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  9. Roll out 2 cm with the rolling pin. Repeat with the rest of the puff pastry. Fold the edges around so that you get a kind of boat.
  10. Divide the spinach, minced meat and white cheese and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  11. Beat the egg, brush the edges with it and bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  12. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the rest of the fresh mint and serve.
