Macaroni with vegetable balls
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: cleaned sprouts, onion, traditional olive oil and sifted tomatoes in a pack.

Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the package. Halve the sprouts and cook for 5 min.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms release liquid.

Add the sprouts, the tomatoes and the vegetable balls and bring to the boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the macaroni and scoop through the mixture with vegetable balls. Serve in 4 deep plates and sprinkle with the cheese.
