A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper, eggs (beaten), garlic (pressed), mint (finely chopped), roast beef steaks (a 4 pieces), bread crumbs (a 150 g), olive oil and butter.

Directions

  1. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and finely chop the pepper.
  2. Mix with the egg, the garlic, the fresh mint and a lot of salt and pepper.
  3. Add the roast beef steaks and mix everything together.
  4. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes covered.
  5. Put the breadcrumbs in a deep plate.
  6. Remove the roast beef steaks from the marinade piece by piece and make sure that some of the marinade sticks to the meat.
  7. Press them firmly into the breadcrumbs on both sides.
  8. Heat the oil and butter and fry the meat over medium heat in 6 min.
  9. Golden brown.
  10. Turn halfway.
  11. Tasty with lemon wedges..
