Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Do not let the rice pass, but cool quickly in a wide bowl.

Heat the oil in a wok stir fry the wok vegetable 5 min. Add the cooled rice and stir fry for 1 min. Cut the onion into wedges.

Keep the fried rice warmed on low heat. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the wok shrimp and stir-fry pan for 3 minutes.

Cut the cucumber into strips. Add the cucumber strips and the lemongrass chili and bring to the boil. Serve the fried rice with the shrimps.
