Directions

  1. Boil the potato slices al dente, pour them off and let cool.
  2. Mix the parsley with the grated zest of half a lemon and the rest of the garlic. Put this covered in the refrigerator. Cut the other half of the lemon into pieces.
  3. Fry the potato slices golden brown in the oil. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli.
  4. Heat a grill or frying pan. Take the meat out of the marinade and grill or bake it for 5 minutes per side.
  5. Let the marinade reduce a little in another pan. Pour over the meat and sprinkle the meat with the parsley mixture.
  6. Serve with the baked potatoes and the broccoli. Garnish with the lemon wedges.
