Sauerkraut dish with juicy pork chop and apple
Fried pork chops with sauerkraut, apple and bacon.

Put the sauerkraut in a colander, rinse briefly under cold running water and let it drain. Cut the onions.

Cut the unpeeled apples into quarters, remove the cores and slice the flesh into slices.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the onion, bacon and vadouvan for 2 minutes on a high heat.

Add the sauerkraut and mashed potatoes and heat with the lid on the pan for 8 minutes on medium heat.

Change regularly. Season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, heat the oil with the rest of the vadouvan in a frying pan and fry the pork chops over medium heat in 10 min. Brown and done.

Turn halfway. Add the apple slices for the last 3 minutes.

Spread the sauerkraut mixture over the plates and serve with the pork chop and apple.
