Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, peel the garlic and cut finely. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the thawed salmon fillet for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Break into pieces with a spatula. Add the thawed shrimp and garlic and stir 2 to 3 minutes.

Heat the thawed spinach in a saucepan for about 3 minutes.

Spoon the spinach through the spaghetti. Divide over deep signs. Divide the fish over it.
