Sweet potato soup with garlic toast

Heat the grill to the highest setting. Halve 1 clove of garlic and press the other cloves. Heat the oil in a (soup) pan and briefly fry the onion and crushed garlic.

Add the cinnamon and chilli powder and sweet potatoes and pour the vegetable stock. Cook for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Meanwhile, brush the slices of baguette with the halved garlic and grill them crispy in the oven.

Purée the soup with a hand blender, season with salt and pepper and serve with the yogurt and the garlic toast.
