Beetroot stew with apple and sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bratwurst, butter, soft-sour apples (Jonagold or Elstar), spring onions, mashed potatoes with cheese (135 g), milk, grated beetroot (400 g) and dried venison.

Cut sausages into slices and fry in half of butter in approx.

8 minutes.

Peel apples, remove the cores and cut apples into 6 slices each.

In a large frying pan, heat the remaining butter and fry apple gently for approx.

3 minutes.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Prepare puree with milk according to instructions.

Create beetroot, spring onions and sausage slices with warm puree.

Burn the stew through and through.

Sift and 1 tablespoon of water through sausage from sausage slices and bring to the boil.

Send sage sauce over stew and put apple on it..
