Cabbage stew


Stew with pointed cabbage, old cheese and smoked sausage.

Directions

  1. Heat the smoked sausage in plenty of hot water for 15 minutes. Prepare the puree with the milk according to the packaging.
  2. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion for 3 minutes. Fry the coals for 5 minutes. Add the water to the coal mixture and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into strips and the smoked sausage into slices. Mix the cheese, tomato strips and the cabbage mixture with the mashed potatoes.
  4. Season with pepper and possibly some salt. Garnish the stew with slices of sausage.
