Mix the mince in a bowl with 1 beaten egg, the onion, half of the fresh coriander, the spices and the ketchup.

Let the bread soak in a little water and squeeze it out. Add to the mince and knead everything well together. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and roll 16 small balls. Put them covered in the refrigerator to stiffen.
