Spanish sausages in tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid, peeled and sliced), Catalan sausages (2 packs of 6), chorizo sausage, olive oil, sifted tomatoes (500 ml), carrots (in slices) and garlic (pressed) .

Boil the potatoes in a bowl of water with salt in approx.

20 minutes and drain.

Wrap 2 slices of chorizo on each sausage and stick with a cocktail stick.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and brown the sausages (possibly in 2 portions) brown.

Pour the sifted tomatoes into the sausages and bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer the sausages gently in 20 minutes.

Add salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and stir fry the carrot in 5 minutes until al dente.

Spoon the garlic and potatoes through and heat for 2 minutes on low heat (do not color the potatoes).

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Divide the sausages in the tomato sauce with the potatoes and vegetables over 4 plates..
