Directions

  1. Mix the flour with the salt in a large bowl. Add the hot water and the sunflower oil and knead to a smooth and cohesive dough.
  2. Cover the bowl with cling film and let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 rolls of bread roll out into circles of Ø 15 cm.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  4. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, cut the flesh into strips. Drain the corn. Rinse the beans in a colander and drain.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the steaks with pepper and salt and fry the pepper for 5 min. On medium heat. Turn halfway.
