Tuna burrito with Italian vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onions (finely chopped), Italian stir-fry mix (450 g, frozen), tuna in oil ((a 185 g), drained), black olives (in slices (a 240 g), drained ), wraptortillas (4 pieces), curly lettuce melange (100 g) and ground young Gouda cheese (bag 175 g).

Ingredients
- 2 el olive oil
- 2 onions finely shredded
- 1 business suit Italian stir fry mix 450 g, freezer
- 2 cans tuna in oil (a 185 g), drained
- Pot black olives in slices (a 240 g), drained
- 1 business suit wraptortillas 4 pieces
- 1 bag curly lettuce melange 100 g
- 50 g ground young Gouda cheese bag 175 g

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the frozen stir fry mix and defrost the vegetables in a high heat for 4-5 min.

Add the tuna and the olives and gently cover. Heat for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the wrap tortillas according to the instructions on the package.

Place a tortilla on each plate and divide the lettuce. Spoon the vegetable mixture on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Fold one side over the filling and roll up the wraps. Stick each burrito with a cocktail stick.
