Chicken wings with roasted potatoes and a salad of snow peas, red cabbage and carrots.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Clean the potatoes and cut them with pieces of 2 cm. Clean the onions and cut into half rings.
  3. Divide the potato, onion and chicken wings over a griddle covered with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon with the oil, ras el hanout, pepper and salt. Roast in about 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to the boil. Clean the snow peas and put them in the pan when the water is boiling. Boil them in 3 min. Al dente, then they are still crispy.
  6. Drain in the colander and rinse under cold running water to prevent further yarn.
  7. Cut the apricots into pieces. Chop the almonds coarsely.
  8. For the salad mix the snow peas, red cabbage and carrot with the dressing. Garnish with the apricots and almonds and serve with the chicken and roast potatoes.
