Roasted shrimps with lime
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, king prawns (raw and unpeeled, frozen 500 g), limes, olive oil with garlic flavor and chili pepper, powdered sugar, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Thaw the shrimp according to the instructions on the packaging and let it drain well on kitchen paper.

Clean the limes, cut them into 8 small segments and dust the cut surfaces with some icing sugar.

Heat the grill pan over high heat until it is hot and a light smoke comes from.

Spread the prawns and the lime slices generously with garlic chiliolie.

Place the shrimps in the grill pan and roast them over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until they are no longer translucent and have turned pink.

Spoon the shrimps on a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast the limo slices for 2-3 minutes in the grill pan, so that they turn brown (= caramelised).

Divide the shrimps and lime slices over two plates.

Delicious with white rice and a zucchini salad..
